What Data We Collect

When you visit The Value of Daily Reading, our hosting provider Cloudflare automatically collects some basic technical information. This is limited to:

• Your IP address
• Your browser's user-agent string (browser type and version)
• The date and time of your visit

This is standard server log data that nearly every website collects. We don't add anything extra.

What We Do NOT Collect

We deliberately keep data collection to an absolute minimum. We do NOT use:

• Google Analytics or any other analytics service
• Tracking cookies or browser fingerprinting
• Third-party advertising networks
• Social media widget pixels (like Facebook or Twitter share buttons)
• Any form of user tracking or profiling

We have no interest in building profiles of our readers or selling data to advertisers. Our goal is to provide a clean, private reading experience.

How Long We Keep Logs

Cloudflare retains server logs for 30 days, which is their standard default. After that, the logs are automatically deleted. We don't keep any separate backups or archives of this data.
